No, you don't need to be a subscriber before applying. On approval, your Pro setup fee (£99.99) is waived in full, so joining costs you nothing upfront. This is your incentive to experience the product yourself as part of your onboarding as a partner.
The Professional Introducer Programme is available on the Pro plan only. Pro gives you the full AlwaysVault experience, including multiple beneficiaries and advanced delivery options, which is what your clients will be signing up for. It also ensures you're recommending a product you've fully experienced yourself.
If a client you referred cancels their subscription within 12 months of joining, you will receive a notification giving you 30 days to encourage them to reactivate. If they do not reactivate, that referral's 10% discount contribution is removed from your monthly. After 12 months, the referral is fully vested; cancellation no longer affects your discount. Your setup fee waiver is never clawed back.
No. This programme provides a subscription benefit (a discount against your own AlwaysVault account), not cash commission or financial reward. It is not a regulated activity. However, you remain responsible for complying with your own regulatory body's rules around client introductions and referral arrangements. We recommend reviewing this with your compliance team if you are FCA-authorised.
You'll receive an email each time a referred client converts, showing your updated active referral count and new monthly rate. A monthly statement email will also summarise your referral activity. There is no separate portal to log in to; everything is managed by email for the current version.
